How soon can I expect my order?
Reuge music boxes are manufactured in Switzerland with much of the work still done by hand. They are very complex objects which requires several stages in their creation, calling on a number of craftsmen with amazing skills. It's takes approximately 2 months from start to finish. Taking all this into consideration, you may find that you will have to wait 2 to 8 weeks for delivery.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE in the continental United States. All other orders depend on the destination.

Why can’t I place an order online?
Since the expected delivery date can vary by several weeks, depending on which music box you order, we want to personally take each order so that we can discuss your needs and expectations. We want to make sure that you are satisfied with your order. We wish to do this by personally keeping you informed about your order.

What tunes are available on a Reuge music box?
On the description page of each music box there is a list of tunes available for that particular music box.
- If the description of a music box says it plays 1 tune, you can select which tune you desire from the list on that page.
- If it says it plays either 3 or 4 tunes, you can select one "set" of tunes from the list on that page. You can not mix and match the tunes.
- If the description states that is plays a certain number of interchangeable cylinders, it will arrive with that number of cylinders for your listening pleasure. (Please note that the interchangeable cylinders are made specifically for that music box and cannot be use on another Reuge music box with interchangeable cylinders.)
Special orders of any tune you heart desires is often possible. You just need to send us the score of the tune that you wish us to reproduce. We will decide whether or not it is possible for us to reproduce this tune. If we deem it possible, then we will submit to you a quotation defining the price and the manufacturing time.

What is the history of A Time to Remember?
Mel Taylor worked as an engineer for IBM for over 30 years. Upon retirement he trained as a clockmaker and is currently a member of the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors (NAWCC) and American Watchmakers-Clockmakers Institute (AWCI). Shortly after opening a clock shop in Nashville, IN, he started selling clocks and then music boxes on the internet. He has been in the internet business for over 17 years.
